V is for Visualizations I visualize a mighty mountain, and this mountain is a solid and safe space for all who traverse its land. I visualize that calls us to lose ourselves in the beauty of nature, calling us to hear the birds chirping and the leaves of the trees rustling in the wind. I visualize a mountain that offers refuge to us, inviting us to hide in its caverns from the chill of nightfall and warming ourselves by the fire of its twigs that fall at the bottom of its trees. I visualize a mountain that provides for all of our needs, from the water that is purified from its natural springs to the flowers and berries that are nourishing to the mind, body, and spirit. I visualize a mountain that is strong and secure, calling us all to be embraced as we walk along the earth and celebrated as we climb its highest peaks. I visualize a mountain that calls us to remember who we are, responding to the nature around us in our own ways, and reflecting on how our response makes us different and unique. I visualize a mountain that contains trees with just the right branches for climbing, peaks with just the right footsteps for ascending, and views that speak to our souls with just the right message.
