Life S.A.V.E.R.S Program S is for Silence (Time spent in silent reflection) A is for Affirmations I am strong enough. I am wise enough. I am old enough. I am young enough. I am kind enough. I am motivated enough. I am energized enough. I am ready enough. I am free enough. I am committed enough. I am spiritual enough. I am faithful enough. I am unique enough. I am creative enough. I am kind hearted enough. I am loving enough. I am dedicated enough. I am sensitive enough. I am enough! "Come to Me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest." Matt. 11:28 V is for Visualizations I visualize a healthy human being. This person has enough self discipline to carry herself through the world physically, and enough grace to ask for the help she needs spiritually. This person is smart enough to know how to feed herself only what will give her nourishment, in thoughts, food, and the decisions that carry her through her life. She is joyful even in times of sadness, and she knows what it means to be sustainable because she considers herself to be her first example. She knows how to be happy with what she has, and to be generous in sharing with others. She knows how to trust in the bounty of the Lord and the friendship of those He was blessed her life to be a part of. When she prays, she is honest, compassionate, and grateful for everything. This person is first and foremost a child of God, and she knows all good will come to pass from this blessing that He has bestowed upon her. "Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD will personally go ahead of you." Deut. 31:8 E is for Exercise (Clams [knee strengthening exercise]) R is Reading (Taking The Leap by Pema Chödrön) S is for Scribing (My affirmations and visualizations) How do I feel? I feel satisfied with the many blessings in my life.
