We have the opportunity to share our gifts with others as we learn and grow from our hearts' center. We have the opportunity to be healthy, building a world that will sustain us for years to come, always focusing on the center of our bodies, which houses our reason for living this glorious life. We have the opportunity to build a world that breathes compassion and thinks in kindness, speaking and acting according to this decree. We have the opportunity to build a world that invites all of our brothers and sisters in, brought by the aura of humility and peace, warmed by loving kindness that emanates from the center of each of our being.
