I have a confession to make, in case you have not already noticed it - I missed a Miracle Morning day. I was wondering why it has been such a challenge to do them lately, and then I realized why - I had committed to doing 30 days of Miracle Mornings, and then I recommitted to doing another 30 days of them. Around day 60, my enthusiasm started to wane. I noticed when I make a commitment, it is a lot easier to follow through with it, regardless of the commitment (although it helps when it is something about which I am passionate, too!). So I am committing publicly here to another 30 days of Miracle Mornings, and welcome the support if anyone would like to join me!
Miracle Morning on Weebly - Day 66 Life S.A.V.E.R.S Program S is for Silence (Time spent in silent reflection) A is for Affirmations I am thankful for the morning in all its brilliance and wonder. I am thankful for the magic that each new day brings at twilight, when no one else is awake yet and everything is new. I am thankful for the potential that the day brings, when the world is our oyster and the path has not yet been set. I am thankful for the trees that hold the whispers of the wind in their branches, the dew drops on the grass that encourage rebirth, and the first ones to sing in the morning, who are the birds of the new day. May we carry this promise and wonder throughout each of our days, opening ourselves up to the wonder and mysteries that lie in the potential of the day yet to come. Those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. Isaah 40:31 V is for Visualizations I visualize a world where we all come together as one. I visualize a world where we hold up those who need our help. I visualize a world where we do so in fairness and love, because it is the right thing to do. I visualize a world where we listen and learn from those who have overcome their obstacles, who have faced their fears and won. I visualize a world where those who are courageous are celebrated, where beauty comes from ashes, and where scars allow rebirth. I visualize a world where empathy is our new language, and pure is the one who restores children into adults who can learn their true identity through the truth within the depths of their souls. I visualize a world where those who find their voices learn to roar like lions and reclaim their lives! "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love Him." 1 Corinthians 2:9 E is for Exercise (The Gift of Yoga by Gena Kenny) R is Reading (inspirational Flipboard articles) S is for Scribing (My affirmations and visualizations) How do I feel? I am thankful for possibility!
