Miracle Morning on Weebly - Day Nine Life S.A.V.E.R.S Program S is for Silence (Time spent in silent reflection) A is for Affirmations 1) I am holy. I am a child of the God of all peace and understanding, and so it is my destiny to be holy. 2) I am loved. I am loved by the One whose name is love, so I am loved with a love that is as expansive as the sea. 3) I am chosen. In all the world, we are called to one purpose and have the will to embark on our journey with faith that He will guide us and lead the way. 4) I am forgiven. Every day I am washed clean by the spirit and truth in the blood of the lamb who was slain for our sins. 5) I am courageous. I am called to tell the truth at all costs and trust in His infinite wisdom and mercy. 6) I am merciful. I am called to share the mercy of the Lord with all whom I encounter on my path. V is for Visualizations I visualize a sea, teeming with life and health and vibrance. I see a sea that stretches from the horizon to all eternity, like the sunset or the love of the One who has called us to care for all creation. I visualize an underground world that is protected, cared for, and loved like the mighty forests or the children of those who love them. I visualize a sea that gives life and life returns to it. I visualize a sea that can trust in those who yield its harvest and know that it will be nourished to live and prosper. I visualize a sea where all living creatures can continue their journey of life, feeding off of its teeming waters and thinking only of their place in the cycle of life. I visualize a world where we grow and learn wit all creatures, walking on land or dwelling on the ocean floor. E is for Exercise (Self guided yoga) R is for Reading (Peace is Every Breath by Thich Nhat Hahn) S is for Scribing (My affirmations and visualizations) How do I feel? I feel called to activism!
