I am grateful for the Lord who gives me these moments. V is for Visualizations I visualize hope as a tangible element. I visualize bringing it close to my heart and holding it there. I visualize a strengthening and softening when my heart feels hope close to it. I visualize hope growing and extending in its reach and beauty, until it touches others' hearts the way it has touched mine. I visualize hope as a living, moving being, telling us its dreams and passions and teaching us how to love a future that we have yet to see. I visualize hope getting down on our level, looking us face to face, straight in our eyes, and telling us that we matter. I visualize hope telling us a childhood story, singing us a lullaby, and reminding us that we can be cherished just for breathing. I visualize hope reminding us of our greatest potential and encouraging us to chase it with all of our might, like a child chasing fireflies, until we catch it and capture its wondrous and beautiful magic. I visualize hope talking to us about all of the moments of radiant joy that we have yet to experience in our lives, and I visualize us believing in its simple and pure truth.
