Miracle Morning on Weebly - Day 96 Life S.A.V.E.R.S Program S is for Silence (Time spent in silent reflection) A is for Affirmations 1) I am thankful for the variety of friends I have who show me different gifts and ways of being kind, generous, and unique. 2) I am thankful for the ways that everything combines to make sense in this universe. 3) I am thankful for being in a place of gratitude in my mind and spirit and soul. 4) I am thankful for inner peace hat shows me the way to outer harmony. 5) I am thankful for the waves of the ocean, ebbing and flowing like the tides of our hearts. 6) I am thankful for children who bring innocence and simplicity through the wisdom they show in their little eyes. 7) I am thankful for compassion, mercy, and understanding from adults who have lived a long and enriching life. 8) I am thankful for the openness with which both willingly share their journeys. 9) I am thankful for the diversity of love in its many color from a rainbow of loved ones and lessons learned. V is for Visualizations I visualize a flowing stream, ebbing and gaining speed as it moves forward, taking in only good things. I visualize a single paddleboard with one oar and they are waiting to be used. I visualize taking up the oar and riding the paddleboard, unsteady and on my knees at first, until I gain the confidence it takes to stand up. I visualize wobbling at first, then growing stronger as I move the oar on one side. I visualize moving the oar slowly at first, then faster, as I learn how the paddleboard works. I visualize gradually moving the oar on the other side, learning how to navigate both sides of the water with wisdom and the discernment that it takes to listen to the water and know which side needs my attention. I visualize gaining enough comfort to walk the board, until eventually I am running it and I know that my legs will support me and keep me and my body upright. I visualize enjoying the journey, learning life's lessons as I go, and always being open what lies ahead in the next adventure. I feel a sense of peace and wellbeing in moving forward on my journey in life.
