Miracle Morning on Weebly - Day 32
Life S.A.V.E.R.S Program S is for Silence (Time spent in silent reflection) A is for Affirmations 1) I am open hearted. My heart is open to the needs around me, and I am filled with compassion and love for others. 2) I am yearning for the day when my domestic violence shelter is open and I can offer healing to those who have suffered so much pain. 3) I am filled with hope that by experiencing an avenue of recuperation and a way out, that survivors will begin to rebuild their lives with the same hope that I carry for them. 4) I am motivated to engage all in a solution that leads to a world without violence, where all live in peace and security, knowing that every open door is a pathway to something better and an opportunity to improve their lives. Kind words are like honey - sweet to the soul and healthy for the body. Prov. 16:24 V is for Visualizations I visualize a strong and heavy boulder. At first, we are behind the boulder, pushing it up a mighty mountain. However, as we begin to grow in numbers, our power increases and we are able to gain more ground and lessen the time of pain. Next, we begin to have the time to take in the beauty around us, as we all work together, we can see the flowers blooming and the trees growing and shedding their leaves. Then, at times we even have the luxury of resting as we take turns pushing the boulder with more and more support. Finally, we get to the top of the mountain, and we let go. We push it over the top, and along with it goes our pain, suffering, and regret. We are finally free! The joy of the LORD is your strength! Neh. 8:10 E is for Exercise (The Joy of Yoga Video) R is Reading (Taking The Leap by Pema Chödrön) S is for Scribing (My affirmations and visualizations) How do I feel? I feel liberated by the power of His name!
