I am grateful for the surprises from adults who are kind and peaceful and pass love from person to person. I am grateful for warmth and acceptance that I feel radiating from Bolivia as a people and as a country. I am grateful for smiles from new friends and shared stories in trust and comfort. I am grateful for a warm bed at night and dry clothes in the morning. I am grateful for reuniting with dear friends and catching up on each other's lives. I am grateful for sharing and connecting with the ability to rise above barriers like differences in beliefs and lifestyle. V is for Visualizations I visualize a world where all children are cared for, all people are fed, and everyone knows that they are loved. I visualize a world of caring and sharing that rises up from deep inside of us and connects us to each other every day of our lives. I visualize a world of emotions passed from person to person with kind looks and silent gestures. I visualize a world of hugs that replace hurt, kisses that replace tears, and smiles that make up for months of emotional emptiness. I visualize a world that care for the other as we would like to be cared for. I visualize a world of justice, peace, and honesty that transcend any kind of past hurts and heartache. I visualize a world of love that blankets all of us like a soft cloud and reminds us that we have so much to give to the other and to the world.
