"Blessed are those who trust in the LORD and have made the LORD their hope and confidence." Jeremiah 17:7 V is for Visualizations I visualize a world in which peace flows like water from the top of a mighty mountain. As it winds and curves down the mountain's slopes, it passes nourishment to all of the creatures that dwell within the mountain and rises up into the atmosphere to nourish those that live above and all around it. The water is a life force that provides oxygen and cool, refreshing quench to a thirst that is both physical and spiritual. The water cleanses, renews, and refreshes everyone with whom it comes into contact. The water moves at the speed it needs to to reach its recipient, sometimes as fast as lightning and other times it meanders like molasses. The water takes the form of the area where it runs, while always staying true to the essence of who it is. The LORD leads with unfailing love and faithfulness all who keep his covenant and obey His demands. Psalms 25:10 E is for Exercise (The Gift of Yoga by Gena Kenny) R is Reading (inspirational Flipboard articles) S is for Scribing (My affirmations and visualizations) How do I feel?
