Miracle Morning on Weebly - Day 34 Life S.A.V.E.R.S Program S is for Silence (Time spent in silent reflection) A is for Affirmations I am kind enough. I am loving enough. I am generous enough. I am intelligent enough. I am patient enough. I am a good enough listener. I am compassionate enough. I am a decent enough person. I am trustworthy enough. I am honest enough. I have enough integrity. I am peaceful enough. I am present enough. I am attentive enough. I am moved enough by the feelings of others. I am rational enough. I have enough shared experiences. I am enough! "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love Him." 1 Corinthians 2:9 V is for Visualizations I visualize a sunset that is full of every color of the rainbow. It has a multitude of designs, and every new one is layered upon another as in the multilayered dimensions of a patchwork quilt. Each swirl and swish is a new dimension, and every color touches a new emotion as it tells a different story. When one facet is discovered, another begins to emerge and opens our minds to the endless possibilities that vastly cause our hearts to expand as well. We know its language without being taught, and to gain acceptance to its club, we only have to open our eyes to the truth. With our new memberships, we can raise a paintbrush and add our own colors to the manuscript of life. As we all join, we feel secure and comfortable in the arms of the one who has called us to add our light to the darkness. I will rejoice in the LORD! I will be joyful in the God of my salvation! Hab. 3:18 E is for Exercise (The Joy of Yoga Video) R is Reading (Uplifting articles on Flipboard) S is for Scribing (My affirmations and visualizations) How do I feel? My heart is filled with light.
