V is for Visualizations I visualize a world with colors as bright as the colors on a rainbow and as alive as the sunrise as it lights up the morning sky to welcome a new day. I visualize a capacity to love unconditionally, unceasingly, and in the spirit of the One who is above all things. I visualize a world of openness and courage, where we seek out an opportunity to love the unloved, heal the broken, and comfort the sick. I visualize a world of reaching out to those whom we do not yet know, offering them an opportunity to tell us their stories and share with us their pain. I visualize a world of freedom of speech, religion, and viewpoints, so that we can freely share our differences and learn from our uniqueness. I visualize a world of safe spaces, where truth is allowed without judgment or shame. I visualize a world of constant affirmations, where we remind ourselves time and time again that seeking health in mind, body, and spirit is possible and will promote a happy life. E is for Exercise (Gift of Yoga video by Gena Kenney) R is Reading (inspirational Flipboard articles) S is for Scribing (My affirmations and visualizations) How do I feel?
