The joy of the LORD is your strength! Nehemiah 8:10 V is for Visualizations I visualize a world where all emotions are deeply felt. I visualize a world where all can access their emotions by looking internally and by projecting outwardly. I visualize a world in which we can honor all emotions, realizing that emotions are not good or bad, and that we can decide how to react to our emotions. I visualize a world where there is enough support to honor any felt emotion, and where we feel the love that underlies all emotions, whether ours to give or receive. I visualize a world where we are open to receiving our emotions honestly, and where we feel comfortable enough to share these emotions with those we love. I visualize a world where our emotions serve us by helping us to live out the lives that we are called to live, with joy and peace for the freedom that they give us. This is the day the LORD has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it. Psalms 118:24 E is for Exercise (The Gift of Yoga by Gena Kenny) R is Reading (inspirational Flipboard articles) S is for Scribing (My affirmations and visualizations) How do I feel?
